Shipping Terms and Conditions

Deliveries within the United Kingdom

  • Delivery Time: 1 - 3 working days (during non-sale periods)
  • Shipping Cost: Free Express Delivery for orders over £50
  • Included Fees: Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are included in the final price

Deliveries within the EU

  • Delivery Time:  5 - 11 working days (during non-sale periods)
  • Shipping Cost: Free Delivery for orders over 50.
  • Included Fees: Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees are included in the final price

Deliveries Worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia etc.)

(Countries include: Philippines, Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates etc.)

Tracked Delivery Option (During Checkout)

A tracked delivery option is available at checkout for a flat rate of £5. This includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package online through the postal delivery service's website, providing peace of mind in case of any issues.

 

General Information

Product Appearance

The product images on our website and app are for illustrative purposes. We strive to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display will be exact. The actual product colours and packaging may vary slightly from those shown.

Processing Guidelines

All products are subject to availability and payment confirmation before processing. If a product is out of stock or additional identification is needed for credit card verification, we will contact you.

Delivery Date Estimates

We aim to deliver all orders within 1 - 3 working days after processing. During holidays and sale periods, delivery may take a bit longer due to high order volumes. 

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are rejected, undeliverable due to invalid addresses, lost, stolen, or mis-delivered.

Inspection

Please inspect your delivered products upon receipt. If they are not as expected, email us at info@kortura.com with your order details, problem description, and photographic proof.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 30 days for a free exchange or refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, or government actions.

Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email info@kortura.com with your order number for instructions.

Exchange and Refunds

We offer exchanges or refunds for defective products. Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, check your account balance and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@kortura.com.

Standard Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (except for gift cards, which will be refunded onto a new gift card). Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will be returned if they fail within their expected lifespan and are covered by our warranty policy. Items damaged through misuse are not covered. Return costs for faulty items are covered by Kortura. We offer refunds or exchanges for faulty items. Contact us for assistance if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.
